Legacy compatibility - no longer supported
Compatibility with this software may still work with current and older builds of HDR Light Studio, but it is unsupported and bugs will not be fixed.
We no longer sell HDR Light Studio with official support for this software. Documentation remains available for existing users.
You can, however, use HDR Light Studio standalone to load Alembic files and light them, saving the lighting as an HDRI map for use in your 3D software.
HDR Light Studio is designed to generate a high resolution, high dynamic range image used for image based lighting. As you shape the lighting, the SOLIDWORKS Visualize connection seamlessly pulls HDR Light Studio's environment map back into Visualize without having to import/export via the file system.
